Enjoy the newest addition to the LeFevre Inn offerings.  This unique, up-scale two bedroom, two bath luxury vacation home (comprising of two levels) is located above the three bedroom, two bath Garden View Apartment.  It can be rented separately from The Apartment or depending on your group’s size and needs, all three levels of the entire home, consisting of a total of five bedrooms and four full baths, can be rented together.  An interior stairwell connects The Sunset View Vacation Home to the lower level Garden View Apartment, providing easy access between the two separate accommodations.

The Sunset View Home is light and airy with an abundance of natural light throughout.  The open floor plan of the main level of this home boasts 28’ cathedral ceilings with an ample kitchen featuring a 8’ island, complete with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a large “great room” with cozy, comfortable furnishings surrounding the large gas fireplace. 

There is plenty of space to entertain with a large dining table that seats up to 10 individuals.  Additional seating surrounds the 8’ island in the kitchen.  Additionally, the main level of the home features one bedroom with a queen size bed and detached full bath.  The spacious Master Suite, with one king bed, is located in the upper level of the home.  The attached master bath includes an oversized, Kohler bubble jetted tub (large enough for two) and a large, custom, walk-in shower, with multiple shower heads.  An extensive bonus room is located in the upper level of the home, with gas fireplace, wet bar, game table and one set of trundle beds for additional sleeping needs.

LeFevre Inn’s amazing views and unforgettable sunsets can be viewed throughout the majority of the home, but especially from the large deck, off of the Great Room, located on the main level of the house, complete with gas grill or from the “crow’s nest” deck located off of the Bonus Room in the upper level of the home.

This home is perfect for family reunions, gatherings of good friends, wedding accommodations, corporate retreats, girl-friend getaways, and a variety of other celebrations!
